As we discussed on Saturday, putting information up for the next session is important so players can be prepared for the game and any wacky scenario rules (like ship combat restrictions). Thus, I will take the bull by the horns, partially because I have the book in front of me and just got done building two lists for the next scenario.
Here are the scenario Details for Special Mission #3: Murder of Sagan
Force Allocations
Loyalist Forces: 1500 Points in standard Battle Mission Force Organization.
SecessionistForces: 2000 Points in standard Battle Mission Force Organization. Secessionists also have 4 Rhino APCs with no upgrades or weapons free for use in achieving the mission objective. These APCs must be marked as Mission APCs and can neither load nor unload units.
Deployment Type
Cities of Death 6x4 table is divided into thirds lengthwise with deployment zones occupying the two endzones. Terrain should comprise multiple buildings, ruins and redoubts with broad avenues as per standard Cities of Death doctrine.
Deployment Order
Players roll off for Deployment Zone (DZ).
Loyalist player sets up in their DZ first and may place as many units as they wish in reserve. Unless units are entering via Deepstrike, all Loyalist reserve units MUST enter the board is the Loyalist Board Edge.
Secessionist Player sets up second with all the same rules.
The First Turn
Roll off for first turn. No Seizing the Initiative rolls.

Loyalist
Hold the Line All Loyalist Units gain the Stubborn USR
Cities of Death Stratagems Loyalist units may choose two stratagems from the Key Building and Dirty Tricks Stratagem lists.
Secessionist
Weapons of Mass Destruction Secessionists gain four free Rhino (or similar unarmed) APCs loaded with WMDs. These APCs must be marked as such. WMD may be detonated in the Secessionist shooting phase and explodes 2d6", inflicting wounds on a 3+ with AP4. If an APC carrying WMD is destroyed roll a d6 and on a roll of 5+ the load detonates. Each APC destroyed is immediately replaced on the board edge as emerging from reserve on the next Secessionist Movement phase.

Objectives
Loyalist Prevent the secessionists from detonating 4 WMDs in the Loyalist DZ.
Secessionist Detonate 4 WMDs in the Loyalist DZ.

At the end of turn 5, proceed to turn 6 on a roll of 2+. At the end of turn 6, proceed to turn 7 on a roll of 4+. Alternately if the Secessionists can detonate 4 APCs in the Loyalist DZ, the game immediately ends.
