Hi guys I am going to maryland for a national qualifier on the 23rd and was going to play this deck and want to know what you think? I decided fauna shaman and green sun could be a nice combo and bonehoard works fantastic with the shaman if they deal with the swords... gimme a hand if u can except please do not say vengevine lol please...
Here is the list...
Creatures..
1 Acidic Slime 1 Baneslayer Angel 4 Birds of Paradise 4 Fauna Shaman 1 Glissa, the Traitor 1 Grave Titan 3 Lotus Cobra 4 Squadron Hawk 3 Stoneforge Mystic 1 Thrun, the Last Troll
Spells...
2 Awakening Zone 1 Bonehoard 3 Doom Blade 2 Go for the Throat 2 Green Sun's Zenith 4 Inquisition of Kozilek 1 Sword of Body and Mind 1 Sword of Feast and Famine
Lands...
5 Forest 4 Marsh Flats 3 Plains 3 Sunpetal Grove 2 Swamp 4 Verdant Catacombs
That is the mainboard now here is the sideboard...
1 Baneslayer Angel 2 Duress 3 Leyline of Sanctity 1 Linvala, Keeper of Silence 3 Naturalize 1 Obstinate Baloth 1 Thrun, the Last Troll 3 Wall of Tanglecord
Ok now just some hints to where I might want to change it consists of dropping a marsh flats, plains and forest for 3 of the green white manland but I am not sure if coming into play tapped is worth the fixing or the double land drop on the cobra.
2nd thing I was thinking of mold shambler sideboard as a one of, maybe drop and maybe even add another sword.... I am not sure

The problem with Mold Shambler is that if you summon him with Green Sun's Zenith you can't kick him, making him just a fairly big dude. Acidic Slime does everything he does except kill planewalkers.
Since you're playing black, you could play Vampire Hexmage instead.
I think 2 Stirring Wildwood is a good idea. They are cheap to activate and pretty hefty at 3/4. In some games I was able to equip a sword to them, making them even more effective.
My two cents...

21 lands?. Maybe tumble magnets for hawks and titans. Ousts for cobras treespeakers stuff like that. Maybe even plumet since baneslayer is seeing so much play its just enother doomblade basically. And I like geas revange he might be to big in your deck.

ya i actually have been testing it out, and i got it up to 23 lands cutting one doom blade and adding the wildwoods... ya gaea is a bit too expensive and I would nvr green sun zenith into mold shambler. I would pitch for it with fauna shaman putting it in my hand but I think acidic slime is still better in the side as a second of. I just wanted to kill planes walkers...
