My first major competitive deck was a net white weenies deck built by Rob Dougherty, MTG Hall of Famer. It was known for being 16 lands and build to beat Jund. And he did well, 9th place at that pro tour. Now, I'm stepping out of the UW control and back to my roots. Here's a deck with m12 In mind.
4 Arid Mesa 4 Marsh Flats 8 Plains
4 Dismember 4 Brave the Elements 4 Honor of the Pure
3 Soul's Attendant 4 Elite Vanguard 4 Steppe Lynx 4 Porcealean Legionaire 4 Kor Skyfisher (does silly things with lands) 4 Accorder Paladin 4 Grand Abolisher 4 Kor Hookmaster 1 Hero of Bladehold
SIDEBOARD
2 Kor Firewalker 3 Act of Aggression 3 Celestial Purge 3 Oblivion Ring 3 Leonin Relic Warder 1 Hero of Bladehold

This deck makes me happy...
One Suggestion is Suture Priest. He's been an all-star in every constructed game I ever played with him. And running 4 Dismembers mainboard means you're going to need the extra life-gain.
You're running white, so I like Stave Off in the board against Splinter Twin vs. Act of Aggression. When they cast Splinter Twin on Deceiver Exarch, simply stack on Stave Off and give the Exarch pro-red. The enchantment dies and you survive the turn. AoA is just another life drain in your fragile aggro deck.
The one thing the deck you referenced had over this is access to Path to Exile. It really hurts to not have that removal spell. That's why my white weenie deck is more focused on metalcraft to gain access to Dispatch.
Overall, I really like it.

I tryed suture preist and he was underwhelming unffortunatley. And the ONLY reason I'm not play squadron hawks here is that i found i always have plenty of gas.
Dismember takes the place where path to exile once was. I'm loving this deck so much. What is Stave off? havent seen or heard of it?

its target creature gains pro... **you can target the exarch to deny the twin from enchanting**
white weenies is good but i think it is to slow of a "hyper aggro deck" to work i know i always say this but turn more towards midrange and play the gideon cards... the avenger and the tap down guy is really good.... and then there is gideon of coarse
and take it frfom me get rid of the paladins... lol your better off throwing that angels embrace card..... +4/+4 flying first stike that come back to your hand if the creature dies...
