Here is my version of twinblade. The list can often win games out of nowhere as it can win either by twin or by caw. I am considering changing the azure mages to something else.
2 Spellskite 2 Azure Mage 2 Consecrated Sphinx 4 Deceiver Exarch 4 Grim Lavamancer 4 Squadron Hawk 1 Mana Leak 2 Oblivion Ring 2 Sword of Feast and Famine 3 Splinter Twin 1 Gideon Jura 1 Jace Beleren 3 Ponder 4 Preordain 2 Island 3 Mountain 3 Plains 4 Arid Mesa 1 Celestial Colonnade 4 Glacial Fortress 4 Scalding Tarn 4 Seachrome Coast

Ironically, I think you are cold against traditional Splinter Twin decks. I would cut the Lavamancers for more counter magic and maybe a Dismember or 2. Or up your Spellskite count to 4.
Don't cut Azure Mage, he's wonderful. I am actually running 2 in my HeroBlade deck, in lieu of Jace Beleren.
I would also try to run 4 copies each of Ponder and Preordain. If you can't, play 4 Ponder. Digging one extra card can make a huge difference when searching out your combo.
That's my two cents worth.
