Discussion topic...
What is your favorite one-drop card in standard right now. The release of Scar Of Mirrodin has given us some interesting new one-drops that are potentially powerful and effective.
We all know and love Lightning Bolt, but what are some others?
Personally, I think Ezuri's Archers is an excellent one-drop. A 1/2 creature with Reach and gets +3/+0 if a flying creature attacks. That gives you a first round blocker that will kill a 4/X flyer. Pretty awesome.
Consider this combo...Ezuri's Archers with Vault Skyward (another one-drop blue), except you enchant your opponent's creature so it gains flying until the end of turn. Ezuri's Archers block, deal four damage and destroy said creature. That would be a surprise to the opponent and creative use of two cards.
What are some others you guys and gals particularly like?

Scars has alot of good one drops, more so than alot of other recent sets. My absolute favorite one drop in standard tho is steppe lynx. Usually a 2/3 for W or sometimes a 4/5 for W, its awesome. Another favorite of mine is Spell Pierce, U counter target non creature spell unless your opponent pays 2. It counters early game ramp even when you went second.

Fast bound I personally think it's better then birds because it lets you drop multiple lands on turn one.

I'm sorry but I think Joraga treespeaker is better in the current format than BOP. a one drop that makes two mana is so relevant. Even though it does take two turns. Treespeaker means turn three primeval titan. BOP means turn 4
