TOURNAMENT RULES:
• WARHAMMER 40K – 1750 points.
• 5th edition rules and FAQ's.
• No back of book lists (no appendix lists).
• No Forge World army lists or rules.
• Armies are to be fully built (WYSIWYG).
• There is NO painting requirement, but players will receive a one time painting bonus, and there will be an award for the best fully painted army.
• 3 rounds of games, list must remain static during the tournament.
Games:
Each round of games will be a different scenario from the rules packet.
Scoring:
Battle Score:
Win = 15 points
Draw = 10 points
Loss = 5 points
Battle Modifiers:
The following game modifiers will be awarded for each game.
+1 If you have a unit over 50% of its starting size or
an undamaged vehicle in your opponents deployment
zone at the end of the game. Fleeing units do not count.
+1 If your General (highest point value) is still
alive and not fleeing at the end of the game.
+1 If your highest point unit is still at or above 50% of its
starting size and not fleeing at the end of the game. If your highest point
unit is a vehicle it must be undamaged.
-1 If you do not control a table quarter at the end of
the game. It must have a scoring unit in it.
-1 If none of your opponents units are under 50% of their original starting size or none of your opponents vehicles were destroyed by the end of the game.
Sportsmanship:
Each player will receive a sportsmanship score of 0 – 3 for each game played. Graded by there opponent.
Army composition:
Each player will receive a sportsmanship score of 0 – 3 for each game played. Graded by there opponent.
Painting score:
There will be an award for the best fully painted army.
Players will receive a one time painting bonus for the following:
50% or greater painted (models or points) with minimum of 3 colors - 3 points
100 % painted with minimum of 3 colors - 6 points
Additional points:
+1 - 50% or more (models or points) are fully based.
+2 - 100% are fully based.
+2 - Player has a themed display board.

11:00am - 1:00pm Round 1
1:00pm - 2:00pm Lunch
2:00pm - 4:00pm Round 2
4:00pm - 4:15pm Break
4:15pm - 6:15pm Round 3
6:15pm – 6:30pm Clean up
6:30pm - Award Ceremony
Prize:
The prizes pool will be determined by the number of participants. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place players, as well as Best General, and Best Painted. Prizes will be awarded in the form of a store credit.
