Solid, having played against it. It plays like control, but with a solid early game.
My only question is Koth. He is really good, but would you rather see another Batterskull or Moltensteel Dragon? Both of those are pretty rough options in the control matchup where Koth really shines.

I think the UR deck is just different. I mean, both Illusions and UR Tempo play Delver, Snapcaster, and Mana Leak for sure. But that's where the similarities end.
For one, you can't burn out your opponent playing Mono-Blue, unless you happen to be holding 3 Gut Shots in your hand at the end of the game. Also, the Illusions deck relies on Dismember for hard removal, whereas UR Tempo has some pretty decent removal that doesn't cost 4 life to play.
The manabase is better in Illusions, but I would argue that the base is not that bad in UR. You're still only playing two colors. For shaky mana see Solar Flare and Patrick Chapin's Grixis Control build. Those are ambitious to say the least.
I would interested to see how these two match up against each other. I would think the UR Tempo would have the slight advantage due to better removal. Having access to Arc Trail is pretty huge.
Anyway, that's my take. We should have Josh play Matt like 50 times in a row to see which one has the advantage :-)
